the same phone, tablet, or computer, safely and easily.
📱 On Kyte POS
In the main menu, tap your store name
Tap Log out
Confirm by tapping Yes
Log in using the credentials of the other account
📌 If you’re a user registered under the same account, use Switch User/Seller to change without logging out.
📱 On Kyte Control
In the main menu, tap your store name
Tap Log out
Confirm by tapping Yes
Tap Login
Enter the credentials of the other account
👥 Access to Kyte Control is limited to account owners and administrators.
💻 On Kyte Web
Click your username
Click Log out to return to the login screen
Log in using the credentials of the other account
💡 Useful tips
⚠️ For logins via Google, Facebook, or Apple, enter the email and password of those platforms.
🚫 Avoid logging into the same account on two phones or tablets at once — it may cause data sync errors.
🌐 In your browser, you can open multiple accounts simultaneously by using different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
